VIBRATION

The aluminum casting vibration process is a surface finishing method used to remove burrs, sand residues, or loose particles from the surface of cast parts after casting.

Cast parts placed in the vibration machine are exposed to a vibrational motion together with abrasive stones and liquids. This process smoothens the surface, rounds the edges, and gives the parts a more homogeneous appearance. It is particularly suitable for cleaning small and delicate parts.
